I was absolutely enchanted by the historic decor that radiates Southern charm. Waking up to a delightful breakfast delivered to my room was such a special treat! The tranquil garden area offered a perfect backdrop for my morning coffee, making my stay feel uniquely...  

Talk about heavenly burgers at Poogan's Porch and epic dishes at Husk! Plus, the gorgeous decor and warm atmosphere at the inn really made us feel at home.

The Pringle Suite was nice, but that painter's tape and the shower antics gave us a giggle. We admired the effort, even if it was a bit jumbled at times.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, air conditioning, and excellent luggage storage. The staff even helped me print documents on my first stay, which I truly appreciated. I recommend everyone visit!...  

The breakfast spread was delightful! We enjoyed fresh fruits and fluffy croissants every morning on the terrace surrounded by beautiful flowers. Staying here with my husband was a treat, especially with the lovely southern charm in our deluxe suite....

We loved the cozy feel of the room and enjoyed the delightful cheese and wine reception on the porch. The beautiful garden and relaxing atmosphere made it the perfect place to unwind. However, the breakfast options were a bit limited, but it didn't take away from our fantastic experience. 😊

The breakfast setup felt like it missed the mark, with delivery lacking the presentation suggested online and served in a less-than-ideal lobby area. Room sizes were notably compact, making it a bit cramped at times, and the outdated decor left a lot to be desired, giving the impression of neglect rather than elegance.

The stay at 20 South Battery was lovely. The beautiful decor and historic charm captivated me right away. I enjoyed the serene garden, perfect for sipping coffee in the morning. The staff made a noticeable effort to ensure my comfort. They were attentive and helpful throughout my stay. However, the room had some quirks. The shower controls needed improvement. it took some effort to operate without getting splashed with cold water. Also, I noticed painter's tape left on fixtures that should have been finished. These little details could use some attention. Nonetheless, the peaceful atmosphere and the evening wine and cheese were highlights. Dining was good, but I expected a more traditional breakfast experience instead of the bakery-sourced options. Overall, very enjoyable with a few hiccups.

Charleston’s Battery Carriage House has a lovely atmosphere and fantastic staff who made us feel very welcome. Although the breakfast was just continental and the bathrooms small, the charm and location are undeniable, and I appreciated their attention to detail during our stay.
